Fernando Gonzalez - Co/Founder
Fernando Gonzalez is a second generation railroader, following the footsteps of his father as an expert in the railroad industry.
With 30 years of proven operational experience in the rail industry, Fernando has successfully delivered blueprints in the railroad industry that are still used today. A safety driven professional serving in the Safey & Training Committee for the ASLRRA and awarded as Safety Person of the Year 2016.
Clemente Rodriguez -Co/Founder
Clemente Rodriguez started working in Railroad Industry in 1980 as a railcar repair apprentice at Texas International railcar (T.I.R.). After a few promotions, Clemente went on the work with other companies specializing in track repair and equipment inspections. In 2000, Rodriguez joined BRG as their Railroad Equipment mechanical supervisor, and became Road master in 2002. In 2022, he retired and joined Fernando to found Railroad Solutions Inc. With over 40 years working on railroads, Clemente is our track & equipment expert and has made a name for himself in the lower Valley and Mexico.
